Q&A: How to balance time being spent between lead gen and selling

From a mindset or strategy perspective, when do you recommend that intentional time spent doing nothing but lead generation is required? I’ve been in business years for 2 years. And I spent the first year really showing up and giving value. However in the last year I’ve been spending a lot more time selling consistently, which is great but I feel like I’m selling to the same people. At what point what you recommend taking a step back and focusing just on intentional lead generation regardless of the strategy? Without really pushing anything to make sales, for me selling and serving so there’s a pull there from a mindset perspective. Looking forward to your perspective.
