Day 1 is all about assessing YOU as an innovator!
Part of being an innovator in your business is assessing where you’re currently showing up as an innovator and where you’re not. Knowing your starting point is crucial to making any changes. Let’s take Cirque Du Soleil as an example. They knew where they were, what their innovation point was, and then capitalized on it to create uncontested market space that made the competition irrelevant. They appealed to a whole new group of customers (i.e. adults and corporate clients prepared to pay a price several times higher than traditional circuses), and even used the title “We Reinvent the Circus” in their marketing and shows. THIS was because they knew their business, and how they wanted to show up as an innovator.

STEP THREE: Complete today’s Innovative Action
Start brainstorming about not only where you’re already innovating, but where you could be innovating more if you took all of the “hows” out of the equation, then share in the Facebook group… Where are you currently showing up as an innovator in your business? What are you currently doing that’s different and stands out? Don’t be afraid to toot your own horn a little! If you don’t feel like you’re innovating anywhere right now, share with us what you want to change, and what your goal is for this challenge!
