Hi, I’m Amanda Joyce Weber! I’m a Mindset + Sales Coach and I’ve been working with Lacey for about six years (since May 2018).
When I started working with Lacey I had zero paying clients or income in my coaching business—we built the whole thing from the ground up.
Lacey supported me in growing my coaching business from zero clients and income to a full client roster and celebrating my first six-figure year (my fourth year in business). Just saying that feels surreal because of how far away that felt when I first started working with her. Celebrating five-figure months has become my new norm. I now feel fully embodied in my role as a Mindset and Sales coach. I feel more ease in my business than I have ever felt before and I have a deeper trust in myself and the Universe (which I honestly never considered to be all that important at the start but now see as vital to business growth). I travel more than anyone I know who isn’t a full-on digital nomad. I work about 20-25 hours per week. I land consistent clients and have the beautiful, balanced life and successful, thriving business I’ve always wanted.

Lacey is amazing at leading by example and has shown me what compassionate and intentional leadership looks like. It’s something that’s hard to put into words but you can definitely FEEL it in working with her.I truly believe that I’m a better coach having been coached by her. Lacey’s coaching puts self-trust above telling you what to do (which is never the vibe) and while that’s certainly not always the easier path as a coach, I’ve also seen firsthand how it’s the inner work that creates big external results.
Lacey is the person you want in your corner. She is a true parter in your business growth and fully shows up for your work together. I feel like where Lacey really shines as a coach is in holding you through the discomfort of growing your business (whether that be learning how to hold the the really, really good stuff or lean into the things that feel really difficult). She gets to know you so well that it’s almost impossible to hide in old patterns or stories and as a result, I feel like a completely different person than when we began coaching together.
