I’ve been working with Lacy now for about six months and there are two things that I want to say that I love most about working with Lacey.
The first is that she has a psychology background and a therapy background and you can really see how that informs her work with permission giving for me to have a different opinion than she does and also with just the care and like trauma informed space that she holds, that’s really loving and safe.
The second thing I’ll say is I’ve never worked with anybody who takes as much intentionality with data and tracking and really making sure that the back end of your systems is going to lead you to have results.
I would say that’s one of the biggest things that tends towards success, you know, as also being a business coach.
To really be able to have that eye for detail and fine tune and fix things as you’re noticing them and be responsive to that and understand what that looks like behind the scenes in somebody’s business makes a really big difference in their success and nobody does that.
I’ve never had a coach besides Lacey.
I would absolutely recommend working with Lacey, and I’m excited I get to do that for another six months.
I think it’s so rare to have somebody who provides one on one support, who really gets into the nuts and bolts of what’s happening behind the scenes of your business.
Combining that with the love, care, positive regard, and space holding that Lacey provides, it’s very unique in our industry, and I feel lucky to be a client.
