I’m Coach Kate & came to Lacey towards the end of my longest launch season to date. I had no idea the burnout I would bring to some of our first calls but realized fast how much of it was present. Lacey grounded me every single week no matter what dumpster fire of emotions were going on. It has been so regulating and comforting to work with her and I feel safe & supported in every tough conversation we have.
Since working with Lacey, I’ve more than doubled my following/audience on social media after working through some mindset blocks around just saying what I want to really say. I have set up more back systems & funnels (first one finally) and made my first hire (OBM) with her encouragement as well. Literally my business organization and ‘weight’ has shifted so much with Lacey’s support. She’s given me so much permission to make decisions that make my life easier.
I’ve crossed 10k followers (more than double where I was when I started with her). I’ve developed an 8-email funnel that feels personal and like me. I have a new lead magnet with ads that are performing. Additionally, I had a new higher level program launch [that I felt some imposter syndrome around] and sold to 14 people on the first day of a different launch.
I now have the confidence and realization that I can pay for the support that I need. Through that, I am owning my voice more and tackling my need to over deliver.
