I always say I’m much more dirt than cloud, and my clients are often more cloud than dirt 😊

What you can expect

  • You can expect two hours of full on strategic support. We break these into two, one hour sessions so that you can process, do homework, and integrate to get the most out of the experience (though you can request one, two hour session if you feel that serves your need significantly more). You’ll truly be amazed at the ground we can cover in two hours of focused effort.
  • You can expect to have tangible takeaways. You’ll be able to record the session and I’ll send you a google doc of notes and specific to-dos afterward to ensure you’ve captured everything and can start putting it to use immediately.
  • You can expect to feel my presence, care and support. This isn’t a cookie cutter process where I tell you to do what I did and proceed to re-work your whole business model. This is my strategic brain on your specific business for two full hours. So yes, we *might* end up re-working your whole business model, but it will be because it’s what you need, not because I think you should do it *my* way.
  • You can expect me to come prepared. You’ll be sent a questionnaire in advance to ensure we’re both focused and prepped for the intensive so we can dive right in and not waste any time.

Ultimately, I want to use this intensive to solve the biggest problem you currently have in your business. Creating solutions, being strategic, and focusing on the right thing is our big goal. With that being said, though that is quite personal, topics I’ve done intensives on frequently have been:

  • Sales systems: creating a replicable sales process that brings in clients on repeat
  • Messaging and marketing: creating a message that cuts through the noise and a marketing plan to get it in front of your target audience most effectively
  • Launch planning: creating a specific launch plan so you and your team know step by step what to execute on to get the best results
  • Business model and scaling: ensuring you have plan and a model that allows you to grow and go beyond those $10k months (while ensuring it fits your life holistically, too)
  • Planning for a big change or pivot: whether that’s leaning into a big pivot in business direction or planning for maternity leave, we’ll focus on creating a plan to manage and communicate big changes so they roll out seamlessly
  • Funnel audit: looking at your current funnel, identifying gaps and opportunities, and giving specific feedback on things to shift and areas to improve for better conversions and results

Nope! I’ve done intensives with everyone from a brand new business owner who has never gotten a client to multiple seven figure earners. My job is to tailor our time to you and where you’re at.

After doing so many of these over the years, our current best practice is to break the 2 hours into two, 1 hour sessions. I find that in doing so, it allows you to process, do homework, and integrate to get the most out of the experience. However, if you feel that a full two hour session serves you significantly more, you can absolutely request that as well.

No problem. While I don’t provide full coaching support post-intensive, I’m always happy to provide clarification on something outstanding or answer a quick question on the notes I’ve sent through.
