I’m Katie Sol, founder of Cercèlle. After spending my career as a Fortune 100 retail executive, I’m now creating something completely different: sacred third spaces for women to gather in community. Not home, not work, but that crucial in-between place where women can explore who they’re actually becoming, lead from their deepest truth, and trust themselves fully. Over the past few years working with Lacey, this entire body of work – integrating somatic practices, energy-aware leadership, and consciousness expansion – has been incubated and brought to life. She’s been my thought partner as I’ve dared to build something that matters deeply, even when the path wasn’t clear.
I was navigating the disorienting shift from Fortune 100 executive life to solo entrepreneurship. I deeply missed the collaborative energy of having a team to co-create with. I was building something meaningful but doing it in isolation, without the strategic thought partnership I’d relied on throughout my corporate career.
Cercèlle has evolved into both an online community and developing in-person gathering space, integrating my work in energy-aware leadership, somatic practices, and women’s circles. More importantly, I’ve developed a clarity and confidence in how I lead, both my business and my life, that feels authentically aligned with who I am, not just what generates revenue.
The biggest ‘win’ isn’t a revenue number, it’s that I stopped second-guessing myself. I gained the self-trust to make decisions about Cercèlle that honor the deeper work I’m here to do, even when they don’t follow traditional business metrics. I’ve developed content and programming that feels true to my voice as a thought leader, and I’ve learned to move my business forward with authentic, community-first approaches rather than chasing conventional marketing strategies that didn’t feel like me.
Working with Lacey gives me permission to explore who I truly wanted to be, not just as a business owner, but as a mother, as a thought leader, as a partner. She understands that life moves in seasons, and that sometimes the most important growth isn’t reflected in a P&L statement. She holds space for the real, deep, honest conversations about identity, purpose, and what it means to build a life and business that honors all of who we are. I never felt crazy for wrestling with the complexity of it all; instead, I felt seen, supported, and trusted to find my own answers. This kind of thought partnership is rare and invaluable.
As a former corporate executive, I knew the power of having a team to collaborate with: people to ping ideas off of, to challenge assumptions, to help you see possibilities you couldn’t see alone. Lacey became that thought partner for me. She understood that my business didn’t warrant a full team, but that I still needed that collaborative energy to thrive. She met me in the messy middle of transition, when I was redefining success on my own terms, and she never once tried to fit me into someone else’s formula. That’s the gift she gives… she sees you, trusts you, and walks alongside you.
