I was the Coachee of Season 10 of the LITerally podcast! What I love most about Lacey is that she is able to help me see the issue underneath the issue, and most of the time it is something of which I am not even aware. She asks great questions and is able to reflect things back to me that I don’t see. Because she has those gifts, I feel like her coaching catapults me forward in a way that I would never be able to do on my own (or with other coaches!). She really gets to know me and my business so that she is truly problem-solving with me. I feel like that is so unique in the coaching industry because so many people want to provide a one-size fits all for their clients.
I completely overhauled my team because Lacey helped me see that I did not have the right support and was paying way too much for the support I had. That was huge for me. She also helped me carve out more space and time on my calendar so that I am no longer running non-stop all day like a hamster in a wheel, which allows me to have much more time for creativity. Lacey has helped me to understand how I can use a not-so-stellar-launch of a program for growth and not to throw in the towel just because one launch didn’t go as well as I anticipated. I am also showing up much more regularly on social media and understand so much more of the point of it now rather than feeling I didn’t have a strategy or much connection with my audience. Speaking of strategy, she has helped me become way more strategic! That is one of the biggest things I was looking for support within my business, and so that part of coaching has been transformational for me.
I had my highest grossing revenue year ever while working less with fewer clients than before! I also had my biggest cash month after only about 4 or so months of working with her. I am so proud of both of those milestones!
The biggest things that come up for me here is having more patience with myself and realizing that growing and scaling the right way takes time. I appreciate that Lacey is able to reframe for me that so many of the successes and other things we see online don’t happen overnight. Allowing myself to appreciate the big wins I had last year (overhauling team while also having my best year in business being the biggest one), while realizing that I still have so much more ahead of me to create and do with my business, is so exciting!
I really feel like Lacey has worked hard to understand me and my business. She notices things that I wouldn’t even think she is paying attention to, and she truly cares about my success. I feel that she is invested in my business, which is a great way to feel as the coachee in the coaching relationship.
I originally signed on for 6 months as a podcast coachee, and then I renewed for another 6 months because of the awesome progress I have experienced! If people are ready for a true transformational change in their business that helps them get to the root of their issues, I highly recommend Lacey! She’s an awesome coach!
