I was Coachee Season 10 of the pod! Then I continued with Lacey 1:1 after. So I’ve been working with her since May 2024.
I had 20+ private 1:1 clients and was overwhelmed with my schedule. I had no time for creative stuff or other projects because I was so busy in 1:1 meetings all day. I also had a team supporting me that were not the right people AND I was spending way too much money on them.
I have half as many private 1:1 clients and am making MORE money! I increased my prices and have more space and time in my calendar. Plus I have an entirely NEW TEAM that truly supports me! I feel SO much better about the support that I have in my business. Also, I feel way more strategic about my business and have created the schedule and business I want instead of having my business and schedule in charge of me.
I had my highest revenue year last year after 5 years in business, but the most impressive part about that to me is that I did it with FEWER clients and way LESS stress in my schedule! My monthly revenue has increased pretty consistently. I am on the verge of a six-figure launch at some point!
Honestly one of the biggest things that comes up for me here is that I am learning to have a way better understanding of my business. She helped me see what was missing from my team (I couldn’t see it) and I feel SO supported in my business now with my new team. She is also helping me to put structures in place so that I can see what is and isn’t working in my business and revise things rather than just throwing my hands up and saying things like, “this isn’t working.” I feel like I am operating more and more as an actual CEO each day. I was simply a working business owner before! 🙂
I am learning the importance and value of long-term coaching where you have someone who truly gets to know you and your business. Lacey understands my business. She also sees my patterns come up over and over again so that she can reflect them to me in a way that allows me to see them. By having this long-term relationship with her, she truly gets to know me and holds space for me to really evolve. I’m so grateful for her!
