Coronavirus and its impact on business

Should I launch?
Should I change my offer?
Is it gross to sell right now?
Should I only be selling low-end?
Should I only be selling high-end?
Should I cancel my in-person event? How far out?

I’ve been getting a lot of client Q’s about the coronavirus (and its impact on business) and I have lots of thoughts.

Because while we should prepare, be realistic, and take necessary precautions, we also need to be careful not to panic or assign big meaning to this in our businesses.

Be responsible and do your part. Move in-person events online. Take face-to-face meetings via Zoom. Shift or reschedule speaking events.

BUT ALSO… don’t let the changes that need to happen in LIFE automatically mean negative changes will occur in your business.

Your mindset will be a big dictator of how your business moves through this season, and it’s possible that this not only doesn’t hurt your business but actually creates a boom in it.

I went live inside The Lit Up & Loaded Entrepreneur to share My Thoughts on The Coronavirus + Its Impact on Business.

Here’s what I share:
• The 4 questions I’m asking my clients right now and encourage you to ask yourself (and the #1 question to STOP asking)
• The two most important things to do/have in this season (hint: how you handle this challenging situation will impact your long-term success)
• How to talk to your clients, community, and team about the Coronavirus (and what they need to hear from you as a leader)
• Who should launch, what you should be selling, and how to price your services during this time
