Something is shifting in our space.
When I started this business (10 years ago at this point), the appetite for women doing their own thing was huge. It was celebrated. It felt like the obvious next step for so many of us.
Now? It feels… different.
Demand isn’t what it was a few years ago.
The cultural conversation has changed.
Even the way women are expected to “show up” looks different.
And for so many business owners, that means it feels harder right now (maybe “harder” isn’t even the word? Maybe it’s more confusing, perhaps).
But harder doesn’t mean impossible, and it definitely doesn’t mean less important.
In fact, I’d argue that the need for women to resource themselves and create sovereignty in their lives has actually never been greater.
That’s exactly what I talked about live on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 1pm ET inside The Lit Up & Loaded Entrepreneur.
We chatted about:
- The cultural and political shifts shaping our industry right now
- Why the “girlboss” era is ending and what’s replacing it
- Why it feels harder to build momentum (and how to navigate that)
- What this all means for ambitious women who actually still want to grow in sustainable ways
If you’ve been feeling the shift but haven’t had the words for it, this conversation is meant to help you name what’s happening and find your footing in that.
