I recently went through 72 applications I received for the 1:1 coaching spots I had open (one for the podcast and one for a regular 1:1 spot).
Getting to read these is one of the most helpful things I do in my business that allows me to see the threads, hear what’s coming up, etc. I truly feel so lucky because it is an absolute gold mine of data, information, and industry trends.
As I was in the process of doing this I got an Instagram DM from someone in the community asking if I’d be willing to share takeaways after reviewing the applications which I thought was a genius idea.
