I’ve alluded a lot to the fact that we’ve had some big team transitions over the last year.
And as someone who has had the same OBM for nearly 8 years before that, and the same team for many of those years too.. it was… different!
- Some of it was… great
- Some of it was challenging
- Some of it was to be expected
- Some of it felt completely unexpected
And I wouldn’t say I have it all wrapped up perfectly in a bow, because I don’t.
But I will say I have lots of lessons under my belt from the last year.
