Something in business that always makes me laugh is how we tend to think strategy = complicated.
And any strategy that seems too simple, especially as high-achievers, we usually find ourselves SO skeptical of.
But the longer I’m in business, the more I realize that if your strategy ISN’T relatively simple, you’re working way harder than you have to.
