One of the biggest complaints I’m hearing lately is about service and what it REALLY means to show up and serve your people. It’s something that I make a HUGE priority in my business, and my COO Megan is the most perfect unicorn example of this in the COO space.
I think we’ve reached a point in the online space where it seems like everyone is trying to earn more by doing less (which is possible, but doesn’t have to come at the sacrifice of service!) instead of showing up and REALLY wanting to serve your people.
