I pretty rarely will say there’s something you absolutely NEED to have in business.
Because I’ve honestly seen it all after doing this for 10 years.
I’ve seen people make millions without a funnel or a big audience.
I’ve seen insane goals happen in ways we could have never expected or predicted.
There are two things that I do believe we really need (that aren’t just strategy though, but rather massively influence strategy) if we want to be able to set goals and hit them.
