Ever been told that to be a great business owner you have to basically be high vibe all the time? And that if you’re feeling something icky, you are triggered and have things you absolutely HAVE to shift?
Ugh, I know.
There are certain messages in the online space that trick you into thinking you shouldn’t have big emotions because it can impact how successful you will be, so it’s best to shove those aside.

In this replay, you’ll hear:
- The thing that actually causes people to spiral out in business (not just the big emotion itself), stigmas around emotions in the workplace/business space, and some of the problems that arise when we try to bypass those feelings
- How to work through some of the big emotions I see happen often for business owners, i.e. when they feel like they didn’t get what they paid for on an investment or their team dropped the ball with major tasks
- Why I don’t believe big emotions or being in a phase of hyper-sesitivity has to correlate to your success
- Some of my favorite ways to process thoughts and feelings before making big decisions in life or business
