Revenue, profit, and how to stop leaving money on the table

I don’t know about you, but I see a lot of pressure floating around the online space to invest big in your business because that’s ultimately how you’ll see your revenue blow up. This hyper attention to revenue is nothing new.

That’s all well and good…but at the end of the day, revenue is nothing without profit. If you’re spending crazy amounts of money on courses, coaches, team, resources, etc. and have no idea which ones are helping you generate a return, it’s time to start digging into the numbers.

That is why I went live in The Lit Up & Loaded Entrepreneur to discuss revenue, profit, and how to stop leaving money on the table.

We talk about how data can help you actually focus on profit rather than revenue. Because who cares about the revenue if you aren’t bringing anything home, right? (which btw, is a whole OTHER convo on how hyper fixation on revenue for ‘proving’ you’re great at what you do is SUCH a problem).

In this replay, you’ll hear:

  • The issue with the persistent “how to make more” message we’re seeing in the online space and what we want to be looking at in ADDITION to those conversations around revenue.
  • An example of an investment I’m planning on making in my business this year that illustrates testing, using data, and playing the long game for growth.
  • Why dashboards are incredibly valuable (and a no-brainer, IMO) for knowing what needs to be done in order to create more profit in your business with less wasted time and investments!
